Installed fine under Windows 98SE. Cancel out when Windows first detects the device and then run the setup exe provided and it will install with no problems.

Dude MSCDEX.EXE is NOT a driver file it is a DOS executable. Driver files .SYS work in conjunction with mscdex to detect the cdrom in dos mode.

I tried 3 times to get this driver from pcchips at an avereage rate of 200 bytes sec I timed out all three times. Here no problem.
