was in an hp pavilion 512c hp had no drivers and very little documentation. Driver works great witrh adi891A onboard audio chip paired with the realtech ac97 chip.

It was weird...My computer identified that it was a Video adapter but was unable to do anything further with it. Even after specifying that it was a Radeon 9200 I was still unable to fully install it. I kept getting a message to the effect of quotDevice not found please connect the device or install it using a generic driver.quot What am I supposed to do with thatNot a problem with this driver downloaded the one off of AMD's website first.

This driver MMPATA.SYS also works with the Ricoh MP9120A CDRRWDVD drive. Thanks it saved the day to set up Win 98 BTW this Ricoh drive is real fast with 10X rewrite only it has a quirky disk eject buttonyou have to press it twice to get the disk to eject
