after downloading and installation the driver the error was accured no capture card and the device use an other programme.

Reboot to DOS mode before unzipping SW. Then SETUP works perfectly when run under Win9598. Unzipping under Windows seems to cause an Error 103 even when setup.dll is present. Thanks for the driver.
