I think it's a good driver rather than excellent but that's all Microsoft has to offer from the cd that came with my PCMCIA NICTHREE KEY ISSUES people run into that hinder functionality1. Wireless Zero Configuration service is not running in your services. Right Click on My Computer Manage Services and Applications Services make sure any Wireless referenced services are running automatically and run it manually if you don't want to reboot. I would recommend the reboot anyway to make sure it takes.2. The MS Base Station Management application that is on the original cd is odd it works independently from the OS configurations when you try to configure the NIC's connection to the base station. Don't fix it if it is not broken but it is my recommendation to NOT install the application at all. You don't need it anyway. You can web into it to configure the base station anyway. I would suggest configuring the connection using the application first if you did install it then use the WinXP OS's builtin configuring capability..right clicking on LAN icon on taskbar and then select the View Available Wireless Connections text...make sure saved profiles what you see on the bottom half is not conflicting with anything. 3. People often do not configure the wireless access points properly all too often as well. Make sure you have the correct encryption level passphrase WEP WPA WPAPSK using TKIP or whatever etc. Just make sure you set this part up right before blaming the driver for usererr's. Sometimes you have to just pull the power adapter out for a bit and replug it in and you'll find it was the base station that was hosing things up.Great

It works great but just to let you know you don't have an install option you just use the quotadd hardwarequot option in quotcontrol panelquot to find the downloaded folder.
