I don't know if this will work but anything that will take away that awfull 16 colors I'll be satisfied... p.s there is also a sis530 agp driver on this charydent 8.15mb check it out if you want 3d acceleration.

You must execute the regedit file when you unzip the files. It will ask if you want to incorporate this file into your registry. Click yes and the driver is installed and working.

works fineI haven't actually tried using the internal Lucent Windmodem yet since I've got DSL via an external modem but the Device Manager likes the modem driver the little yellow complaint symbol went away and I haven't noticed any malfunctions since it was installed. So it seems to be okay...
