Recently I updgraded my Compaq Deskpro EN SEries 6300 computer from Windows 95 to Windows 98. My sound did not work after the upgrade. I wasted a terrible amout of time at Compaq's dreadful web site downloading enormous files that did nothing. This driver was quick to download easy to install. My sound now works perfectly.

He's even better than Giant but usefulless HP support page himselfherself This site ie excellent amp it helped me in solving my problem.it helped me so much and i like itDevice is not defined to OS. Driver may be fine.

u'll hav to use mtwinflash to flash ur firmware with this update cause this installer didn't detect my drive.this particular release of this version of the firmware is IMO useless.but the firmware itself is pretty good.it added DVD DL support to my driveto correctly install this firmware use mktwinflash with the BINARYHEX version on the firmware available athttpdigi.rpc1.org165166.phpgood luck
