The Relisys Dimera 3500 camera does not have a driver for it the way most devices do. It uses a TWAIN driver like a scanner. To use the camera install the software from the CD that came with camera. The CD should auto start with 95 98. The camera will work successfully with Win 98 and 95 using the Digital Camera Suite Designer. The trick is your computer speed. I used the camera with a P233 MMX and nearly pulled my hair out. If you have a P233 desktop only try downloading a few photos at once. More than that and the software tends to freeze. On a faster computer such as a PIII the photos download faster and you can download a whole memory stick full of 8 or 9 photos at high resolution. Also check the port speeds under device manager com ports. I set mine to the max. Do the same in the suite designer when it gets to the port screen. Try to use the camera on serial com port 1. Take the battery out of the camera before downloading the pictures and use the proper voltage and amperage adapter. The battery may be too weak. Good luck.

Downloaded and installed okay however my machine did not accept the adapter and keeps loading the standard.Very frustrating. I do think it's the machine and not the driver.
