My Conexant Modem MW560CIRS56PCIR679312B94869.5 has this Driver loaded in CProgramsConexant Modem I made a folder and named it Conexant Modem. Installed from Add Modem and then did a driver update from the computer off line so it could find this driver instead of the one that comes with Win M.E. Thanks to the Uploader and Support Team.

works fine in w2k. just unzip to a subdirectory plug in the dvc80 and let windows find the new hardware. when prompted for a driver point to the subdir you created and it should pick it up.

Great Driver Justin. I have a Referbished HP Pavilion 7935 that I am changing the operating system from WindowsXP which sucks back to Windows 98se and HP will not assist with drivers. Thanks Justin.
