Used this driver with Conexant chip CX0683412 on a machine running Windows98 SE and was completely satisfied with result.

Whilst this driver worked it did not work well enough with the adaptive audio program that I was using. I did source a better driver later. This says nothing against this driver it works but was not suitable on this occasion for me.
