no this driver nor any other i have tried work. also let me say that this driver was ment to be an audio processor for Canon motherboards but was installed as a sound card anyways.hints theres bigger problems then what they say. as for anyone w an hp let me know if you need a recovery disc set. it just so happens i got my hands on one and will make some copys if you need.it xp home os. but if anyone can find this driver please post it. others need it despritly.

I said BAD both for stability and comaptibility with my OS because under windows2000 it does not work at all. I installed it and then connected my Motorola C350 mobile the OS immediately prints quotnew peripheral found USB Motorola C350 phone...quot then it asks for drivers I set it to search on the hd but no compatible ones were found.WinXP works without problems instead.

I just downloaded this driver and all it is IS DOCUMENTATION so how about some .inf files for the modem.
