Download does not work. Could not complete the Installing procedure. Instalation Wizard hung up when I got to the Have Disk item. I have tried my original Canon CD my Windows 98 CD and a download from Canon. I feel sure my scanner is conected properly because the downstream printer works from the same parallel port. Maybe my new computer prefers USB devices.

The driver would not install. After unzipping the files I kept getting error messages each time I clicked setup. Frustrated I gave up deleted the files and now I am searching again for a driver that works.
