I unzipped the file but i can't get the compuer to install it. I think it's my fault not the softwares.

The reason this drive doesn't work correctly is because it is not the correct drive. I have found the correct driversfirmware for the Ricoh CDRWDVD MP9120A. If you don't have the master software downloaded and on your computer the firmware upgrade will not work. YOU MUST HAVE THE MASTER SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON YOUR PC. If you don't you need to get it. I hope this helps someone.
