Thanks Jerry this driver worked fine for me on 4300U Lankom scanner after I upgraded my OS from Win Me to Win XP. This was after I could not find help on Acer website. The catch is that during installation you will get a message that says the driver is not digitally signed by Microsoft. But just ignore and intall.

This is only the USB driver. I only need the original win95 driver for the lb1200ui model. Why causes HP so much trouble

this must be the hardest driver known to man to find and it workshp need tolook very hard at thair customer support if they want to stay in buiseness because it sucksand must consume millions of man hours searching thru thair useless site.thx
