this driver is NOT verified by Microsoft for Windows XP butit works As i ANSWERED Continue AT the SETUP of DRiver....BUT IT PLAYS WELL...i dont know if this modem Cooperates with Microsoft's FireWall for Internet Connections with this Driver.

The driver didn't work but I don't know if it is the driver's fault. It specifies that it is for Windows 95 or 98 and I was trying to use it with windows 3.1. Perhaps that is why it doesn't work...

Did not install for me. Windows came up and interferred and could not find where the temp files were extracted to. I good driver installation routine will turn off Windowws interference. I will try another.
