no this driver nor any other i have tried work. also let me say that this driver was ment to be an audio processor for Panasonic Matsushita Matshita motherboards but was installed as a sound card anyways.hints theres bigger problems then what they say. as for anyone w an hp let me know if you need a recovery disc set. it just so happens i got my hands on one and will make some copys if you need.it xp home os. but if anyone can find this driver please post it. others need it despritly.

well this driver inabled direct draw and direct 3d with nvidia riva tnt2 n64 AGP and allowed me to play grand theft auto Vice City on a 900Mhz P3 with 128 megs rambus 800 memory not bad framerates however there was alot of swaping going on

Oh WOW a driver that actually works with the operating system with the most bugs and glitches. You'll never find a driver for Windows 2000 that works properly like this one

Yes it works Both my speakers and modem come back alive under Win2000.Just remember not install the modem from Modem option in control panel do it from device managerPCI simp communication get it. It's on COM3Modem won't give you the option.
