Worked for my e566i onboard sound chip. A little bit tricky to get installed though. I HAD to use the setup program and when setup asked for the win95 disk I had to tell it to look in the driver directory. But with a little bit of coaxing it works great

Since Netgear isn't supporting x64 I had to use this driver from Atheros. This driver really does work well for my Netgear PCI WG311T on Windows x64 with an Opteron.

This driver didn't work for me. What I ended up using was the Stealth 3D 4xxx driver from diamondmm.com. The stealth card uses the Abit virge chipset so interestingly the Abitvirge driver is sufficient for XFree86 in Linux but this driver here is insufficient to use my Diamond Multimedia Stealth3D 4000 video card under windows. The only reason I tried this driver was because I was initially too lazy to figure out what video was briefly flashing for a fraction of a second during initial bootup I eventually figured it out quotStealth 3D 4000 blah blah Diamond Multimediaquot. I guess I could have opened the case to see what the card was too but I didn't I was stupid.So yeah the moral of the story is this driver doesn't necessarily work on all cards which use the S3 Virge chipset. Other companies whose names aren't S3 eg Diamond Multimedia make cards which use S3 chips. Check to make sure you really want this driver before you get it.
