As even the file name suggests this is just an update and will not work without the software that came with the MotoDV package.This update unlike the actual drivers is freely downloadable from www.digitalorigin.com .When I first read the macth operating syatem it says Win 2003 so I tought this is the one. But When I try to install it sdays XP driver.
