OK Guys here is the problem. Agere made chipsets for the V90 and V92 Bis modems.This driver does NOT work on a V90Bis modem. It DOES work on the V92 Bis. Now for those guys winging or have the V90 modem use the LUCENT drivers they work fine in Win98 Win98SE I cant say about the other operating systems

Thanks driver worked good. Turns out I had downloaded the correct driver from Yamaha. Tried booting up with 3 new PCI cards. Only installed one at a time and everything worked great patience one at a time.
