If you plan on using these drivers for an old monitor you must use an older machine to do so.

To install all you to is copy it to the cwinntSystem32driver folder to replace the old file. Or if you are doing an install from you hard drive from the I386 folder you just copy it to that folder. There is no install it is just copy and paste.

Had much frustration with the CD received with the modem and other downloaded drivers while trying to setup on Windows 2000. This one worked Great once I cleared out the Windowstemp directory of old driver info. Thanks.

Install went perfect. Downloaded extracted went to the System Properties hit Update Drivers and off it went.
