This is a Win2k driver. I was looking for Win98. Thanks for making it available even though I couldn't use it for 98.

Mark it worked like a charm. I was a little nervous because the model you had was Compaq and I'm working on threeyear old Ambra Ispirati. I had upgraded it to Win98 and the sound still worked but then I put in a different hard drive and tried to reinstall the same driver with no luck. I followed your instructions and now I have one less headache Thanks a whole bunch This is a great site. I found what I was looking for on the first try.

I have HD IBM Deskstar 40GB and after 5 times flashing BIOSes board still doesn't detect it. Who can give some advice about how to solve this
