problem with compatibility.driver runs the card well until an internet connection was established then one sound would turn into a barrage of beeps.When net card was removed and driver reinstalled it worked well.Should you encounter the same problem opt for the driver for 95 98 version 2.0This cleaned up the never ending beeping.

I tried it both on Windows XP Prof. and Home. It works. I scanned 70 photos and only 3 or 4 times I got the message quotunable to read data please reinitialize scannerquot or something like that
