I have downloaded this driver before from the Creatix site however when installing under win2000 some files seem to be missing. Replacing with w98 files did not work out. I have a computer by Medion.Did not work for a RealTec RTL8139 PCI Fast Ethernet NIC with XP. As others noted there appears to be no XP driver. Drivers only go up to WINNT in this package.
