This is exactly the driver I am looking for and it works great. This driver is especially for the PCI modem that comes with the eMachine computer read from the readme file that comes with the driver. The modem has FCC Reg. M4TUSA33142M5E which CANNOT be found in the FCC website I had tried to search for the driver from PC Tel's Conexant's website but none of their drivers worked.
