I have a philips brilliance 201bmonitor. time after time the monitor switches itself off and on again it seems it resets or degauss itself.Anyone experiencing the same problem

This file was not even recognised as a driver file when I tried to select it when using Add HardWare wizard. Total waste of time.This is not a driver only information file
