Youll only need this if your using service pack 3 or earlier. This driver is not needed for Windows 2000. After installing SP4 uninstall the USB controller and reboot

No once downloaded I still can't get the driver to work. All I get is the screen calibration. Epson opens but after you've selected your TWAIN then go to 'Acquire' I just get an error message in SpanishI'm using a USB scanner on WIN2K operating system.

Yes this driver did work fine.Driver works fine for Win9XME. Tough luck with Windows 2K.Need to search for Windows 2000 drivers again

I used this for a Compaq Deskpro EN 1 ghz which has a 240762001 motherboard with onboard sound chip 82801AA. The install did some stuff and then said I needed updates for Win98se. After rebooting I selected the card in Device Manager told it to update driver selected quothave diskquot drilled down to where the install put the smwdm.inf file in the ..SE folder and then it worked. I was using the quotGood Timesquot MPEG from the Win95 CD for testing and Edie finally sounded like she should.

I just formatted the hard drive.Today I downloaded 3 drivers for my graphics card that had quot5595quot in the name.The others didn't work because I obviously had the wrong driver.I found the one that worked for me though and this is it.I was stuck on 16 colors and 600x400 screen res.suckedIt's installed and it also has a self extractor.I knew it worked because I have true 32 bit color now and all the sreen res settings I want.Also I wrote down the driver description and filename for the next time I format
