i tried to install it but a popup box opened saying quotCoInitialize failquot. What does that mean It wouldn't install. i have an quotAverTV Seriesquot Capture card that has a quotConexant Fusion 878aquot chip. any suggestions as to what i can do i lost my driver disk so i'm at the mercy of a downloaded driver

This worked great with the SoundPro PCI MT1869 Chip imbedded on a motherboard. Simply burnt the drivers on a CD and pointed to the PnP directory to install once Windows 95 asked for a Driver. Many thanks
