My FirefoxBrowser 0.9.3 crashed every time i opened the website www.energybulletin.net4273.html. It wasn't possible with my old driver w9x433c to save this site with all pictures or to even open other websites at the same time.My System Matrox MGA Productiva G100 AGP Pentium II 350MHz 128 MB.Every time there came this PopupWindow with something like quotFirefox caused an invalid page fault in module MGAPDX64.DRV quot So i downloaded this driver. I installed it and tested the above mentioned website. Now it was possible to save the whole page with pictures. But it seems that there are still some problems with the memory management.In the following arcticle from 1998 www.lispworks.comkb8666f868991dc213802567590052dab2.html there is a recommendation to reduce the quotdisplay driver acceleration by a pitch andor the number of colorsquot. Also a newer driver is recommended.

We finally bought a F560K and I tried installing the driver that comes with it on a generic Win2K. That was actually pretty hard I believe the problems I had when trying this driver with our F560 were identical. So here's how I did it in case it can help someone out there install Win2K as usual in the Control Panel select 'Add New Hardware' then 'Select from List' then 'Video Adapters' then browse to the driver and go on from there ignore all the warnings saying this is an unsigned driver may crash your computer etc. reboot when Win2K wants to the driver will not work code 10 but this step still seems necessary in the Control Panel select 'System' then 'Device Manager' there's a 'VGA Controler' with a yellow exclamation mark select it and uninstall it then in the Control Panel select 'Add New Hardware' again then 'Detect new Hardware' it should detect a 'CGA Controler' as the new hardware then there is the option to select a driver from a list of compatible drivers in the list 'Neomagic...256XL' should now be listed thanks to step 1 select it and proceed from there no reboot is necessary this time but the driver keeps the current resolution so rightclick on the desktop and see if you can increase the resolution to 1024x768x24 if yes then congratulations. It worked. just one more thing to do cleanup in the Control Panel select 'System' then 'Device Manager' in the 'Video Adapter' section you now have two 'Neomagic' drivers select the one with the yellow exclamation mark uninstall it Have fun installing your driver and don't forget to thank Sony for it

The driver did not work at all. I have ran into trouble using CNR Slots and the driver may be great just will not work with the setup I have. I tried to use other drivers for this card and had the same problem. I blame the problem on the card and not the drivers. I still Thank You for the drivers. At least I can say I tried.

love reading the positive comments on my driver. Thanx .. when I install Win XP I will test the Canonscan sware. I think that Canon have released a later version which supports XP see the Canon web sites
