I needed this to make a cheap TV card work. Beware of the TVR patch file though as you will only need this if you need a basic PVR function with your card.

This is too complex for me. I need a .inf file and get an .exe nice.Perhaps it should update driver and make an .inf but it just complains about missing dll file.

You can't run setup.exe from your harddrive you MUST copy these files to disks to be able to install.
