I tried many drivers including this 1 they didn't work but fially i found a solution on www.benq.com go to the following link and download this driver and the pdf file installation instruction this is very good

Updating your BIOS is not something that should be attempted by a novice. Unless you know your EXACT BIOS version your motherboard manufacturer and the chipset maker you should leave this to a professional otherwise it will render your computer totally useless in which case you will end up paying a professional big bucks to repair it. If you do not know how to install the update you should leave well enough alone and find someone who does.

I bought a used Sep 93 NEC 2501 20 monitor. Drivers for this weren't listed. It works with standard VGA drivers but probably would work better with correct drivers.
