I followed all directions given uninstall divices disconnect any other usb divices install updater 3.53 install 3.53u software rename oem.inf's. The problems still remain the same. I don't want to have to purchase another scanner Can I please get some help

Please disregard my earlier comment. I found the required files pw4026.cat and cwawdm.sys in the win 98 folder that I downloaded. It works fine now. Sorry
