I've been searching for a week for an XP compatible driver and finally thought I found one here. After reading all these comments I won't even try. Looking at the Windows Compatibility List it looks like the Intelr 82801AA AC'97 Audio Controller is not compatible with XP maybe that's why we can't find a driver Intel says their drivers are only for Intel controllers on Intel Mother Boards and to go to your MOBO's web site for a driver HP says my MOBO is an ASUS can't find any drivers on their site If anyone can help would appreciate it. I'm ready to just buy a sound card but I'm not computer savvy enough to know if that will help either
