It did not work for mine alas.The card may be defective after all...It does show the Black little box with Atech. It has no FCC ID at all.It has the Connexant chip R679511.And a sticker that says MonoPack.I finally have come to www.connexant.com... its under construction... so the search is postponed for now... BTW another Connexant driverupdate informs me of The Rockwell Vendor ID is 127A however since the company is now CONEXANT we had to change the Vendor ID. The new CONEXANT vendor ID is 14F1.

Thanks. This driver was not properly listed at the Compaq support site.Locked up my computer tighter than a drum. Had to remove it.
