I installed to Windows 2000 running Service Pack SP4 without any problems.I had to use the Device Manager under W2Kselect the problem deviceuse the reinstall button have it look in a specific location where I had uncompressed the files.It may not have made a difference that I had just clean installed W2K SP4.

Down loaded this driver. Works well on XP Pro in all respects EXCEPT that I get no sound when using the TV viewr. Lovely picture but no sound. Any ideas or help greatfully received. Thanks

Worked Great had a no name modem. Model V1456VQHR7 PN A0754424 No FCC ID Also has sticker w 00V237C00069374 The chip matched description. It seems they sell these chips to anyone these days
