Used on 2k3 SBS install. Worked great used Device Manager and Update Drivers. I'd recommend against the Install program that is bundled it froze my machine trying to run in a dos shell. FunUpdate Drivers worked fantastic though

It doesnt work for Data Traveler in W98SE

This driver will work with Windows 98 but some sounds will be a little scratchy sounding... this only seems to affect a few .wav filesA strange behaviour if I play ANY .wav file with the Quicktime Player first then all of the sounds will be clear as a bell through the sound card afterwards using ANY player.

As an avid computer fixer i found this driver the hardest to come by. I contacted EMachines for the specs for my 566i and they told me that it was a cs 4281 or something. Turns out it was a 4299 and this driver works for it. Check the chip inside your computer Thanks very much
