This driver works well with win98 for a modem marked Model No. AM56HCFSP. It uses the Rockwell RLVDL56DPFSP chipset. It connects at 52000 on a good line. I did not check out the speakerphone functions.

I was looking to down load the pictures from the phone. I have a USB cable this download won't allow for that. But I can use my cell phone as a modem. Interesting but not what I am looking for. I bought a USB Bluetooth and transfered the files that way.

The RIGHT click advice didn't work for me either. However Left click did As this driver is needed for another computer I can't comment yet on whether or not it works... wil get back about it.
