I've tried it in Win2K and it didn't work. It said that the .inf wasn't in the right format so it did't installed the driver

Didn't have any luck installing from floppy as advised. This worked for me.Open the file pickup SetupIO drop and drag to setup Dao Setup MFC and now I have a scanner that works. I am running XP pro.

The driver didnt work the first time but the reason had been on theoperating system side. I need to erase the operating system from thehard drive and to reinstall Win98SE and afterwards the driver for the Cruzer USB stick works fine.
