THIS DRIVER SAVED ME Worked perfectly on my Compaq Presario 5245 P133 AMD K6 WIN 98 not SE. My modem specs matched Carlos'. Especially liked the setup.exe Carlos supplied with appl. Just run setup reboot and let pc find the modem THANKS CARLOS

Installed. Was missing cwawlang.dat cwaw95r0.vxd and cwaw95r3.drv. Downloaded cwd.zip and installed. Between the two of them I got sound. But no volume control. Oh well.

Unless you have a top of the range latest graphics card then this is the driver for you. It is far more stable and reliable than the latest version for older cards.
