I just installed the BCM94305mp or bcm4305mp driver on a Dell laptop that I downloaded from the HP website file name sp30676.exe URLhttph20000.www2.hp.combizsupportTechSupportSoftwareDescription.jsplangenampccusampswItemPSGI22737107440ampjumpidregR1002USEN The HP model on this adapter is W450 or WL450 the same thing. For those who is still trying to install BCM.sys file which is only a part of the actual driver on XP good luck George
