it worked great for xp pro. pulled paper and it showed jam opend window and followed inst. wroks great even maunual duplexing. I jsut installed it as per instructions and did not use tray two and you can deselect it in the program. tx saved me a lot of work as my HP 1220cx1 just went down so I dug this old gal out and it works great maybe I won't sell it now. thanks for your help great work and thanks for sharingHank Baker

w2k doesnt like driver cause its not digitally signed but it will work which is more than i can say about the cd that came with this new modem
