tth driver works but i cant get the midi ports to work. what is the deal

HELP I can't get my PB1402S moniter working with this winme system. When I switch the resolution to anything but 640x480 it gets increadably dark. I had this same problem with it on my win95 system. I've looked all over for help. The tech support at that new site couldn't even help.

Espero que funcione Ya me baj un monton y siempre tengo problemas con el sonido En algunas animaciones en pantalla se distorciona el sonido. Si alguien sabe cual es problema agradaceria cualquier dato.
