If this does not work try the following from Compaq SP20528.exe for the Presario 7360.

This driver didn't solve my problem however I'm not 100 certain the driver IS my problem.

I tried the driver under XP Home. It recognised the phone as a USB Modem. When I loaded up the software to interact with the phone more devices were detected and the drivers were not compatible. Trying to read the phone through the Software via the USB cable and it was unable to see it. Any resolution

I unzip it and install it in my Win2k system then it works wonder.Somebody Max who programs this is a genius. Thanks MaxGood job and well done

This driver did not work...received the modem from Dell but tried to install in a non Dell system....I couldn't get this driver to work with Win 98SE. So I placed the modem back in the Dell computer and used CD that came with it for Win XP.
