Driver unfindble on OEM site downloaded fine from Driverguide.com installed no problem but doesn't work although chipset works speakers click on bootup haven't got back to trying to figure out the problem for the past mo9nth.

Goes through download but will not install. Tried 3 times. Not much luck. Hope others work better.

Did not work for me. This was for an onboard NIC and the only clue as to what I had on the mb was a chip that included the label RTL8201L or RTL8201I. Tried this driver and when I went to install it it there was 3 inf files but none of them worked for me. Decided that given the price of network cards to disable on board NIC and install a new card which included Win98 drivers.It may work better for you.

I thought this was a quotinstall driverquot download It did not work for me. What did work and was self install and easy was alc20x.zip Find this download and it should work fine for you.I have a IBM type computer with intregrated AC 97 sound on the motherboard.
