Worked like a charm on my HPBrio. After installing the .exe file to my driver directory I updated my graphics adapter through Desktop Active Desktop Customize My Desktop Settings Advanced Adapter Change. I told it to Browse for the driver file and BAM it was a done deal. I did not have to even change the monitor just the resolution setting. After two weeks of messing with drivers for the monitor this fix was what I needed.

OK finally a nice driver for a Bluetooth USB dongle BillionTon Class 1 recognized as ISSCBTA when plugged in. Installation went OK with the dongle inserted. If you cannot findsee your phone after the restart try removing the dongle and plugging it back in then start device discovery again. Sweet
