This driver WORKS ALLELUJAH Angels sing. The installation for this type of modem is complex. First run the INFUNINST.EXE and delete the device from the device manager but DO NOT REBOOT Now go to the control panel Add New Hardware. Tell Windows that you wish to specify the device and select the driver location. Install the Conexant PCI modem enumerator. It will give an error message about this being a PnPray device. That is good. After it finishes installing the support for this device reboot. When win9x comes up it will ask for a driver for pci communication device. specify a location. select HSF Modem enumerator and select the conexant pci modem enumerator. then it will install the enumerator the modem and the serial wave device...TADAAA Lupus
