Windows 98 SE Compaq 7440 Via ChipsetPhillps Cd 440171. Someone gave me this old computer with Win 2000 Pro on it but I had to load Win 98 SE. Driver working so Far. Thinks It has 32x speed and called it a c12a when it really only goes to 24x. Thanks.

Great I almost had to get rid of this modem too.. I Also found a site with linux drivers for this but they are beta and bad with this modem Anyway if anyone wants to try it on linux www.mbsi.cacnxtlindrvhsfdownloads.html
