i hope this driver works 'cos theall the drivers so far haven't workedproperly and performance has ranged from terrible to unstable. a pci4 meg graphics card has been fasterit actually slows games that much thatsoftware rendering is better.if anyone has encountered similar problems please email meSaid it was for the Maxtor I have with the Promise chipset but didn't work properly.

Works in XP took a long time to find a working driver. Just put in the number off the Ambient chip on the physical into the search and up this came. Thanks for the post and thanks for the fax capabilities without having to buy a new modem

have an compaq mv720 monitor hooked up 2 an etower 366is the generic drvr works but monitor goes blank occasionally then comes back on 110 min. am hoping this drvr will solve that if anyone here has heard of simalar problems please post. thanxs
