Excellent driver it had my modem working perfectly first time I'll keep it safe if I ever have to use it again.

The install.exe wanted to install some dialtone program that did not launch. However I was able to install the driver by doing a driver update from the device manager.

i tried to install it but a popup box opened saying quotCoInitialize failquot. What does that mean It wouldn't install. i have an quotAverTV Seriesquot Capture card that has a quotConexant Fusion 878aquot chip. any suggestions as to what i can do i lost my driver disk so i'm at the mercy of a downloaded driver
