According to Dell Download the file to your hard drive. Double click LO483SFW.EXE to create a bootable floppy disk. To perform the firmaware upgrade just place the bootable disk in the system's floppy drive and boot the system from the floppy. After the upgrade is done please remove the floppy from the a drive and reboot the system.

With win XP In the software it was not included a file Freq.tbl that i created copying another file that existed in the directory with the extension tbl and renameing it freq.tbl . There occured an error trying to install the software that say the value is incorrect but nothing happens with the program it's still working now.
