Worked exactly as expected. This was used on a Presario 1245 with a reformatted hard drive. I put Win98 on the machine and it didn't have the right driver. Put this driver on the 1245 and it worked without a glitch.Thank you.

You have to do a direct install specify exactly where the driver is located bc the computer won't find it if you don't. But all in all its charging as I type so I'm satisfied.

The driver didnt create two separated components like Intel USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller and USB 2.0 Root Hub Device but it created one Intel 82801DBDBM USB2 Enhanced Host Controller and it works correctly

Tried to use this driver on a Microstar model MS6334 motherboard with an Intel FW 82801AA sound chip for on board sound.Did not work and repeatedly comes up with the blue screen of death reboot and blue screen appeared.Managed to boot into safe mode to remove the driversoundcard and now trying another driver A214292.exe which may be better.But AC97.zip was not for me
