Following Will's comment this download was utterly useless because the installation cannot find setup.dll. I have not yet succeeded in getting a TWAIN driver to get pictures of my Relisys Dimera 3500 in windows98 the supplied CD software fails. Does work with WindowsNT.

First If your BIOS has an EPPECP setting use it. It works great and allows your SPPEPPonly things to still function.Karen The contents of each of the three EXE's in this zip were made to go on a floppy. Just extract each EXE to a floppy. The 2nd and 3rd floppies should each only have 2 files diskX.id and data.X. Or to skip Videogram Creator just read below janet In the first exe selfextracting zip in this zip there are two folders Win95 and WinNT.Everything you need to install the camera is in one of these folders. The rest of the BLOATED BULK is the utterly worthless Videogram Creator.For Windows 3.19598ME use the Win95 folder for NT2000XPLonghorn use the WinNT folder.In the control panel choose Add New Hardware. It won't detect it so tell it you want to pick from a list. Pick Sound Video and Game Controllers. On the next screen click Have Disk and point it at the Win95 or WinNT folder. The driver works however if the computers goes into suspend mode when the computer wakes back up the video is extremely distorted and you must reboot.
